Now he has reached it and become an expert in the sewing craft. Stitching the leather for sofas is not easy work, which requires enough patience and many years of experience in skilled work, leather sofa seams are divided into single and double threads, and the ending stitching must be utmost precision to be aligned, parallel, and straight, to use premium- quality thread to hold everything together, ensure that is of the highest standard.

A complete sofa needs to go through at least 12 steps, and the final step is the Upholstery-craft process, which is the most crucial part to determine the beauty of the whole sofa. At Iconic Society Factory, Chen is the key person in this process, and Chen already has 8 years of experience in this art. When the wooden frame, sofa cover and cushion are finished, Chen is responsible for combining and assembling them, putting the sofa cover and cushion upholstered on the sturdy frame, hemming, snapping, stapling, sewing... Through exquisite skills, we ensure that all parts of the sofa have a smooth transition, clear angles, overall symmetry and natural beauty. Then it will be sent to Iconic customers' showrooms, hotels, or to thousands of homes.
